Returns & Refunds policy
We do not provide a refund on the goods sold on www.bysalls.com. Items can only be returned for defects caused by us (By Salls). We reserve all the rights to inspect and rectify the defect or replace the product. If we are unable to do so, we will process a refund within 14 working days once the defective garment reaches us. All returned items will be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made
HOW TO RETURN
You must inform By Salls within 5 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us on WhatsApp at +974 33001053 or send us an email to info@bysals.com with your order number and an image of the piece purchased, highlighting the faults or reason for exchange/return.
You will hear from us within 24 hours of receiving your message. Once you receive our approval to proceed, please ship the piece back to us.
Please ensure the product is in its original condition and intact packaging with the price tag. Items that show signs of wear or use will not be eligible for return. We require all original invoices to be returned with the product. By Salls reserves the right to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns.
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned,
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
ALTERATION
By Salls will provide 1 free alteration on every order, along with the free return shipment up to 14 days from the order receiving date. A return invoice will be included in each order sent out. Simply contact +974 33001053 or info@bysals.com to process and schedule a pick-up appointment with our courier partner (DHL/ARAMEX).
CANCELLATION POLICY
Unfortunately, we do not offer cancellation or exchange once you place an order with us.
